Autumn Fruit Salad

a family favorite

Autumn Fruit Salad

This fruit salad is one of my absolute things to make! I found this recipe almost three decades ago in a Pampered Chef cookbook, so this recipe has been with us a long time. It's tried and true and is always a favorite.

Ingredients

2 Medium Granny Smith apples, unpeeled and diced
2 Honeycrisp apples, unpeeled and diced
1 can (11 oz) mandarin orange segments, drained
1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
1 container (8 oz) vanilla yogurt

Instructions

In a large serving bowl, combine apples, mandarin oranges, and grapes.

Add marshmallows and yogurt; mix gently.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Ideas

I like mine topped with chopped pecans.

I usually make this a couple hours ahead of when I want to serve it. I probably wouldn't make this the day before, but we do enjoy leftovers for breakfast the next morning.
