Emmy loves CFA's chicken minis. When a friend of mine mentioned making some, I knew I had to make some with my Sweet Chicken Nuggets.

Ingredients

16 chicken nuggets of your choice
1 pan Sister Schubert frozen rolls (16 rolls)
3 Tablespoons salted butter, melted
2 Tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon brown sugar

Instructions

Preheat oven to 300. Bake "sister" rolls according to the instructions.

While rolls are baking, prepare your favorite chicken nuggets.

I like to make my own chicken nuggets using this recipe. You can also cook your favorite frozen chicken nuggets in the air fryer.

Make honey butter. Melt butter in a small bowl. Add honey and brown sugar to butter. Stir well.

Assembly options:
When you take the rolls out of the oven, cut the rolls making them into little buns. Add one chicken nugget to each roll. Place them back in the pan. Brush the tops of the rolls with the honey butter.

OR

If everyone wants to assemble their own minis, when you take the rolls out of the oven, brush honey butter on top of warm rolls.

Slice rolls making them into little buns and add one chicken nugget to each roll.

Ideas

Don't have time to make your own nuggets, use frozen. My favorite frozen nugget is Realgood Lightly Breaded Chicken Nuggets.

We have a week of very early mornings, so I made a large batch of nuggets and two pans of rolls, so I could have ready to go breakfasts for the rest of the week.
