This recipe had me at cheesecake. The best part is you only need a couple of ingredients, and this comes together in just minutes.

Ingredients

1 8 ounce block of cream cheese (softened)
1 stick of butter (½ cup, softened)
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla
¾ cup powdered sugar
¾ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

Mix together cream cheese, butter, powder sugar, vanilla and brown sugar with an electric mixer. Stir in chocolate chips. Serve with your favorite graham cracker or cookie.

My absolute favorite cookie for this dip is Scooby Snacks. It may look a little silly, but I promise those little cinnamon graham cracker snacks are the absolute best with this dip.
