Ranch Snack Crackers
simple & savory snack

Between sports and church, we find ourselves hosting a good bit. It's easy for me to get in a rut and only make sweet snacks. Here's a quick and easy savory snack that's sure to please.
Ingredients
3 cups mini saltine crackers
3 cups mini club crackers
2 cups cheddar penguins (or goldfish)
½ cup vegetable or canola oil
1 oz. package ranch seasoning
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 275°F. Line a 9x13 cake pan or large baking sheet with foil.
Place crackers in large plastic zipper bag. In small bowl, combine rest of the ingredients. Pour over crackers in bag, close bag and shake to evenly coat.
Pour crackers into prepared pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until just golden. Toss halfway through baking time.
Allow them to fully cool before storing a large container.
Ideas
There are so many crackers substitutions you can make: oyster crackers, Goldfish, Cheez-its, pretzels, etc.
For a spicy version, use a Fiesta Ranch seasoning packet.
This recipe is easily doubled if you are making for a larger group.
